L’ultima novità, in ambito fotografico, della Fujifilm è la mirrorless Gfx 5OS caratterizzata da un sensore da 51,4 megapixel, ideale per i fotografi o professionisti del settore.

Dal punto di vista estetico, la scocca è in magnesio mentre X-Processor Pro è il processore in essa installato. Nella parte posteriore vi è invece un display LCD Touchscreen da 2,36 milioni di pixel e un mirino organic EL rimovibile.

Il suo costo? Ben 7.115 euro… una cifra di certo non rivolta a tutte le tasche!

Burcu Kaynac, un uomo amante dei gatti ne possiede uno particolare di nome Alos. Si tratta infatti di un felino di razza Van, originario della Turchia e dal morbido pelo bianco.

Ma quale è la peculiarità del gatto? Quella di avere gli occhi di due colori differenti: uno verde acqua e uno azzurro cielo. Questa particolare colorazione deriva dalla “eterocromia", l’assenza di melanina che ovviamente non arreca alcun danno visivo alla tenera bestiola.

Oggi Alos è conosciuto in tutto il mondo grazie alle foto postate su Internet dal proprio padrone che in poco tempo, essendo piaciute a tutti, sono state condivise da tutti gli utenti.

E’ un antipasto vegetariano a base di broccoli insaporiti con un po’ di parmigiano, pangrattato e limone. Si consiglia di accompagnarli ad un buona besciamella oppure, per renderli più gustosi, fondete sopra un po’ di formaggio.

INGREDIENTI:

	400 gr di broccoli freschi		40 gr di parmigiano grattugiato		1 uovo
	1 pizzico di noce moscata		20 gr di pangrattato		succo di limone
	25 gr di burro		25 gr di farina 00		100 ml di latte intero

FASI DI PREPARAZIONE:

Per prima cosa preparate la besciamella: sciogliete, in un pentolino, il burro con la farina e mescolate finchè sarà colorita; unite il latte e portate ad ebollizione fino ad ottenere una crema densa.

Subito dopo lavate i broccoli, tagliateli a cimette e lessateli, un una pentola, con molta acqua bollente per circa 8 minuti. Una volta cotti, scolateli e tagliateli a pezzi; aggiungete anche il tuorlo di un uovo, il parmigiano, la besciamella, la noee moscata e il sale ed amalgamate per bene.

Montate a neve l’albume con il succo di limone e dopo versatelo sui broccoli. Prendete una teglia adatta per fare gli stampini, riempite ogni parte ed infornate per 1 ora a 180° circa. Una volta cotti, sfornate e consumate ben caldi.
